I and my wife had a great experience during our stay at the hotel.

Property was attached to the main road/highway which made places accessible. They offer valet parking and the staff is courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed the food as their chef was professional. Staff named Anthony was well versed in English and others were well trained too. Even though I do not speak Spanish, there wasn’t any problem in communicating with anyone at the hotel. Highly recommend it.

Although the rooms were clean but there’s scope for improvement. Room cleaning needs to be better and the complimentary bathroom vanity kit and others need to be replaced every time.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and cozy.

There is no direct elevator from the parking garage to the rooms; other than that, everything is excellent

A hotel that makes coming back after a long day feel like home.

Incredible room. The room was exceedingly comfortable, accommodating and beautiful aesthetic.

Bar closed super early. Common area for breakfast etc., didn't match the quality of rest of hotel.

Overall good experience

Location was fine - not far from Arena Monterrey, shopping and river walk. Breakfast option were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were amazing - couldn't do enough to help us.

Two of our 3 rooms were not services on the 2nd day but this was rectified quickly once management were made aware. No sugar, milk nor coffee stirrers were put in our rooms throughout our stay.

The entire staff was friendly welcoming and always helpful.

Only complaint I had I voiced to the front desk at check out. That was that the curtain in our room did not meet the wall at the top so it dropped open in the corner and that was enough to let so much sunlight in at sunrise that we woke up far earlier than we wanted to a few days. I believe that can be fixed fairly easily.

BEST Hotel in Monterrey!! I would def return! CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room. It smelled and looked clean! From the towels to the bed sheets, the bathroom was sparkling and showers were clean. This is exactly what I wanted after reading the reviews for other hotels. Luisa the housekeeper was super sweet. She got me out of a bind the day of my event and helped pin my daughters shirt because it fit her too big. She went above and beyond! There were fresh towels everyday. The staff was professional and welcoming. The location was close to everything- just be sure to google map it. There are lots of places to eat close by, I didn't eat at the hotel but, the food smelled delicious! Also felt very safe... You can not access other floors of the hotel. Your floor, the pool and the lobby only. You also need a key card to access your floor. Lots of cameras. That made me feel safe too. Wifi connection was also good.

Our trip was mid July when its super hot. We walked into the hotel lobby to check in and it was extremely hot. No breeze at all. The staff should not have to work in those conditions and be expected to wear suits with jackets. The elevators were suffocating as well. When we entered our room its was HOT because the curtain was open. It took HOURS to cool down. We thought something was wrong with the a/c and had to call maintence. The most you can turn the air down was 65. They said to allow time to cool down. We closed the curtains and left for a few hours and when we returned it was much better. We had no more issues after that becuase we left it on and closed the curtains. You guys should think about having the rooms cool for those pre scheduled to check in. Its a hassle to pay so much and walk into a hot hotel and hot room. I almost changed hotels because I didnt want to wait to see if the AC was going to work. I had kids and didnt want to be roaming around a strange city at night. Im glad I waited though. Although nice, the pool water was super cold and smelled like too much bleach. Hotel should think about putting a heating device and use way less bleach. I didnt let the kids back in the pool after the 1st time because they complained of a burning sensation. The toilet in our room kept backing up rm 329 . We had to call maintenance 4 times during our stay. They were prompt but it was a hassle. I absolutely do not like the valet system. All the guys were great and friendly its just not a personal preference. We were in and out so much I felt like a bother everytime I had to ask someone to bring our car around not to mention sometimes tipping the guys 4-5 times day. That can get pricey if your stay is 5 days 4 nights like mine. Despite these small hiccups I absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone who is picky like me. I will absolutely return!!
